Every Monday from 12 to 1 PM, stroke survivors come together at Austin Speech Labs—both in person and on Zoom - to connect, share, and support one another. You don’t have to be a client to join—just a stroke survivor looking for connection.

This is more than just a group. It’s a community built on understanding, resilience, and hope.

Led by four stroke survivors - Beth Condon, Todd Ballengee, Jerry Hagins, and Louise Michaud - our group offers encouragement, shares resources and personal experiences, listens without judgment, and celebrates every win, big or small. We also host free monthly yoga sessions to support both body and mind.

Wherever you are on your recovery journey, you’re welcome here.
